One of the females here was having a nasty inappropriate conversation. She looked pale with blonde hair & glasses built like a truck & tall. She made some racially sensitive remarks as well..she may have been a manager and if so, she should be fired.

Loved the new server! She was very attentive & she knew the menu! She even told us the specials & my husband ended up getting the steak pasta she told us about. We loved our food and drinks! Will come again!

extremely rude servers and not too good of food would not suggest at all. manager also had attitude and added gratuity for us talking about waitress. she not only skipped over one of our friends but had attitude when we asked. THEN forgit about the food AGAIN

they claimed we were talking bad about the server when we only said how she skipped our friend order. the server just wanted attention and they added gratuity to our order. The host said it was his job to speak up when the server should do her job of making sure she gets everybody. Also don't get their ceased salad it is not good.

I ordered to go and picked up. Parking was a nightmare but the food was excellent. I had the catfish Lereaux. Highly recommend the place.

I ordered crab cakes and pasta. Received two half dollar size bread cakes (not crab) that were fried to a dried crisp. Also, the salad that was served haf two thin slices of cucumber and 1 cherry tomatoe sliced in half - more like a grape size tomato cut in half and lettuce. Terrible!! Lost a customer.

It's been a long time since I've been here. Place looks great, the food is even better!!! Make it a point to come have some food and cocktails !!!
Besides for the brussel sprouts being really good, the shrimp were just ok. The fries and greenbeans were both flavorless and soggy. My toddler loves fries and wouldn't even take a second bite with ketchup. Too expensive especially for lacking flavor.

For the most part, the food was good, I really enjoyed the brussel sprout appetizer and beef tips dinner. My boys stated the crawfish cornbread was really good as well.The problem I had was with the evening manager last night (2/24/24), I did not get her name.Our server took our orders and asked each of us which salad we wanted, house or caesar, we each gave our choice. When the bill came there was a $4 charge to add a salad, I questioned it and the server stated it was for my son's meal since he ordered a "small plate" and not and "entree", the former doesn't come with a salad. She confessed that she did ask my son which salad he wanted and shared that she was new it was only day 4. She said she would talk to the manager to remove it. They were in earshot, and the manager stated that since we consumed it, we had to pay for it. And made the poor new server tell me that. I could tell she was nervous and felt bad. I told her it was OK. However, I decided to talk with the manager, as I saw her walk by. She was very matter of fact and appeared annoyed to even have to talk with me. She told me the same thing and argued the same point. She stated the server asked if we wanted to "add" a salad, I told her that is not what happened and that the server even admitted she make a mistake and asked my son which salad he wanted. The manager abruptly said, "I'll be back", or something like that, and walked away. A few minutes had passed. In that time, the server brought me my processed credit card. Later, we noticed the manager talking to the server again. At this point, we had been waiting awhile, I just signed the cc slip and was about to leave. The server returned, again I could see she was very timid and anxious, she stated the manager said she could refund the $4 to my card (they wanted my card again, as mentioned I was poised to leave). I decided to just leave. I was very frustrated and felt really bad for the server, I told her it wasn't her fault and it was the principle of the matter and that I wasn't upset with her.My reason for writing this review is, that manager does NOT know customer service, she shouldn't have argued with me, she should've returned to me herself after I spoke with her instead of sending the server, who again was brand new!The manager was very unprofessional, managers are supposed to deal with customer issues, solve problems, and not make them worse.Oh, and to top it off, the salad was horrible, 95% of it was the rib of the lettuce, barely any leafy parts, and I only ate 3 bites of mine.Roux, you need to do some manager training over there!

Firstly, the vibe in this place is SO awkward. Went for valentine's day. Very very silent in the place, makes you feel so out of place. Food is VERY overpriced. I paid $34 for noodles Food isn't even good. burgers are full of grease and so unappetizing. It all tastes plain. Customer service is pretty "meh" as well. Yeah they were nice people, but we were not helped whatsoever. I do not recommend this place. I surely won't be back.

Great place to grab a beer. They have live music. I was not wowed by the food. Ordered fried shrimp and they weren't butterflied and the breading kept falling off. That part was disappointing because it's Louisiana and you expect shrimp to be better.
