The food is great! The portions are HUGE and the pricing is decent too! It’s a local place and they know what they are doing! The Rougaroo burger is awesome!!

The Cajun Trinity food truck in Walker is an absolute gem hands down some of the best Cajun food I’ve ever had. The boudin egg rolls were phenomenal, perfectly seasoned and packed with flavor, and every other bite I tried was just as delicious. You can really tell they put their heart into the food, and it shows. But here’s the thing… nobody warned me about their “secret staff member.” The goose. Yes, you read that right THE GOOSE. I made the tragic mistake of calling it a “cute duck,” and let me tell you, that was the last peaceful moment of my visit. Next thing I knew, I was running laps around my car in the parking lot with this goose hot on my heels like it had just been hired as head of security. It was a full-blown chase scene i could practically hear action-movie music in the background. Now, to be fair, it was a traumatic experience… but also one of the funniest things that’s ever happened to me. I was doubled over, howling in laughter for a solid 30 minutes after I finally escaped and caught my breath. That goose has some serious attitude, and honestly? I respect it. Protect the boudin egg rolls at all costs, right? So yes come for the food (which is AMAZING), but also prepare yourself for a possible cardio session if you cross the goose the wrong way. 10/10 experience unforgettable food, unforgettable chase. I’ll definitely be back… though next time, I’ll be sure to address the goose with the respect it clearly demands.

Burgers were amazing and adequately priced. I highly recommend them.

Not only was the food horribly bland but the "chef" had dip in his mouth the whole time and tried preaching to us about how the Bible is against the gays. Not only am I extremely upset with his mindset but he has the nerve to come out of the truck to talk to us about it making me and my boyfriend feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. After claiming he wasn't going to preach to us. Honestly tempted to call the food inspector and report them better yet will do after I post this.

Kid-friendliness: Do not bring your kids around this truck the man (at least the one there today) is very opinionated and will make that your problem.

I had the barnyard burger for the first time today. I’ve had egg on my burgers, but having pulled pork was a first. So delicious! 10/10 would recommend.

True cajun flair. Stopped here to get lunch for the my family. 2 roast beef po boys with gravy and a chicken bacon ranch. Yall…. the FLAVOR!!!!!! they must have had named this the cajun trinity because i swear i had the holy ghost run through me eating this food. I will definitely be coming back!!!!

Ordered a "Smash Burger" and fries terrible the burger patty was a frozen "meat" patty like the walmart brand type frozen patty NO seasoning, fries were soggy and NO salt or pepper or anything! TERRIBLE! what a waste of money! highly recommend AVOIDING this food truck! Very disgusting!

Ordered from the truck today. Fries luke warm. Went back to get hot fries, was served refried fries. Burgers shrank from previous size and oh...... ALSO cold!!!! Didn't even try. Now I feel like I need to check everything before walking away. TOO hot to keep going back out there! Coke was cold tho??‍♀️

The food was terrible. Was expecting a nice Saturday eve meal, had it delivered by Uber eats. They did their part. The food was a rip off, the shrimp etouffe had three shrimps in the entire stew. The roast beef poboy had very little roast on it and the bread was a bit stale. Surely not what we expected for the price of this meal. Don’t waste your money.

Guy cancels a catering event with over 75 people attending 23 minutes before he's supposed to show up. Had his wife in tears apologizing because he "got mad" and changed his mind for no good reason. Go with wolfs burgers.

We just were not impressed with the food for the price we paid.

I had pulled pork quesadilla and fries with rb and gravy. omg. so good. all their food is good. I imagine. I want shrimp quesadilla next.
