Too much for the meal. Nine dollars for a fish sandwich with fries and a drink is ridiculous.

Here we go again. On the website it says it’s open and that the restaurant confirmed it a month ago. I pull up at 3:45 and he comes across and says we’re closed till 4:15 a.m. I asked why does the web say 24 hours Mon thru sun? He never answered my question just kept saying they’re closed till 4:15. I live up the road from this location that’s why I come here but I still see they’re not worth a fk!!!! It’s now 4 o’clock guess I’ll wait 15 more mins. This is so sad

Well, it’s McDonald’s OK and my boyfriend mentioned the night before that he had a fillet of fish and it made me want one so the next night I decided I was gonna go and get me a fillet of fish and some french fries. I order the fillet of fish, which was eight dollars I thought was high Anyway I said no tartar no cheese well it had tartar and cheese yuck but the bread was really soft and it was really hot. Then I got ready to eat my french fries which I had asked for extra ketchup for so I was driving of course so I just wanted to catch up on top my french fries in the bagwell it was jelly not ketchup. Yuck.

Malcolm the manager sucks. Food sucks and the Caucasian girl working the front counter also sucks. No one is paying attention to customers and when you try to get their attention they have an attitude about it. Do better.

This McDonald's is a mess. No drinks or condiments open to the restaurant. Everything is self order. Looks like they have had some problems in the past, and they had enough. So, they locked up the drinks and napkins from their customers.

AVOID THIS LOCATION! I live here in Port Allen and travel the country more than most. This is consistently the worst Mcdonalds ive ever been to. I have a bad ankle so today I ordered curbside pickup. The woman who brought out my order completely ignored me when I told her I was missing my 2 hashbrowns($4.40) and walked away like I didnt exist. Was forced to go inside, was ignored again, then finally got my hashbrowns. As if that wasnt infuriating enough, I was given LESS THAN HALF of the eggs that came with the 'big breakfast' that I ordered. There hasnt been one time in the past year that I have gotten an order that wasnt missing items or ingredients(for example, chopped onions are gypped every time). I have completely stopped going back to have orders corrected, because one guy who has been working there longer than anyone should tried to act intimidating one night when I brought up that my 'premium' chicken sandwich was missing lettuce and tomato. When he tried to gaslight me about the situation, I told him "Im not going to waste my time arguing semantics with you" which confused and enraged him, which is just a sad look into what our public school systems are putting out, I guess. Is that really such an obscure word?? Well, I guess now I will be doing the ultimate of avoiding conflict instead of letting them gyp me on ingredients like a pacifist. This marks the last day that I patronize this business. So long, McDonald's that Ive lived near for 30+ years. Ripping off most of my overpriced eggs was the last straw of a very high stack
