I have stopped here a few times. This time the McNuggets and chocolate chip cookies were fresh but the fries were old. Thankful for the correct order though

McDonald's sometimes struggles with accuracy in orders but is generally quick and friendly. The drive-thru area is very clean, and the order takers are noted as the best, ensuring that food is hot and fresh. However, the ice cream machine can be unreliable, leading to disappointment. While prices have risen, the service and portion sizes may not always reflect this increase. Inside and outside the restaurant are clean and sanitized, but some customers have reported that tables can be dirty. On Thanksgiving Day, the service was fast, friendly, and accurate, providing a positive experience.
There have been mixed reviews about the customer service, with some saying it is not very friendly. In one instance, customers had to take a number and retrieve their food rather than have it brought to their table, which is not typical for most McDonald's locations. Additionally, some customers mentioned that promotions were not well communicated, as cashiers seemed unaware of them. Despite these issues, many appreciate the convenience of using the mobile app, which can yield quicker service.
