“As a truck driver, I have eaten @ Arby's all over the country, and this location is one of the best. I am a self proclaimed brisket connesiour, and I was surprised by the smokehouse brisket sandwich at this location. The bun tasted delicious, soft, and freshly baked. The brisket was flavorful, tender, thinly sliced, and the right amount of toppings. The milkshake was worth the calories. I have no guilty feelings about cheating on my diet. The service was excellent. Honestly, I only tried it bc I saw someone ringing the bell. It was worth it. I finished the sandwich before I could take a picture, but it was all good.“
“I truly enjoyed my meal today once from the Brusly, Louisiana location. However, I could not give 5 stars in all honesty. I was asked to pull up from the window and my order would be brought to my car. I specifically requested napkins and ketchup in advance. When the young man brought my food out to me. I checked my back and there was no ketchup as I expected. I requested some so the young man went in to get me some. Meanwhile, I continued to inspect my order. My sandwich was great but my onion rings were hard, dried out, and barely any in the container. When I questioned the condition of this item, the young man said nothing and took it back inside. I waited about 5 minutes more and then finally the manager came out with freshly cooked and golden brown onion rings. The correction to my food and the flavor of my sandwich is what earned the 4 stars.“
“It's a Subway - not much to say. No problems with my visit. Ordered online and my sandwich was ready when I got there. The staff were very friendly.Parking: Parking lot is oddly laid out and is kind of tight, especially if there are big trucks parked in there.“

“Food was great and all cooked perfectly, fry oil was clearly fresh. Food was ready by the time I pulled to the window and paying/handoff was fast. Only hiccup was ordering, took a few minutes for the guy to answer. Place was busy though and they seemed underataffed so understandable. Workers attitude was positive and friendly.
