“It's a Subway - not much to say. No problems with my visit. Ordered online and my sandwich was ready when I got there. The staff were very friendly.

Parking: Parking lot is oddly laid out and is kind of tight, especially if there are big trucks parked in there.“

“Cheba Hut is always hot, fresh, and delicious. The portions are pretty generous and they pile on the toppings. The atmosphere is fun if you are 4/20 friendly or even just like music and movies, etc. I would highly recommend giving Subway and Jimmy John's a break and trying Cheba Hut for a different experience. You won't be disappointed!“

“Rarely do you stop at an average fast food joint and get the Morton’s Steakhouse treatment. Yo honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The line was packed from counter to entrance, with so many zigs that zag couldn’t keep up. I remember entering and barely fitting through the entrance, thinking, “Oh, this will be an entire adventure for sure.” Little did I know that my experience would be nothing short of an adventure. I watched the duo of Jayden and Dalya take a dozen orders while pausing to pay attention to every customer’s needs and making each one feel important. It was mind boggling. Before I ever got to order I made a comment to my comrade about getting chicken because I don’t eat Pork. Mr. Jayden was marking the sandwich for the person in front of me, speaking to her and somehow still caught my personal conversation about cross contamination. When it was my turn he immediately asked me to pardon him for one second, the way he pardoned himself was so regal that I felt like I was royalty. Then he took off his gloves washed his hands for a good 30 seconds up to his elbows then put on a fresh pair of gloves to ASSURE me that there would be NO cross contamination. I’ve been to Michelin star restaurants that do not take that much care to assure their customers. Then after toasting it he said his parter would finish the sub. And that’s when Ms. Dalya stepped in with so much speed, yet so much grace that it felt like I was watching a painting come to life as opposed to a hoagie. She didn’t skip a beat and even made sure to pay attention to my ingredients and lightly suggest the proper condiment comparable to my pallet. If you are ever coming in or going out of the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport, you have to stop at this Subway. It makes me feel like I’m back at a deli in New York.“

“I came in after working this afternoon around 2:30ish. They young lady that greeted me and prepared my sandwich was so sweet, friendly and very professional in the conversation we had, my sandwich was well put together and she wrapped it twice! I didn’t look at her name tag, mainly because her hair was so pretty and that’s what I was seeing mostly🥰. She has blue locs and her hair was neat and fitting for her job. I’d come back, this was a pleasant encounter. Also she listened very well to how I wanted my sandwich made🥰🥰🥰“

“Kudos to you all.... I had JJs for lunch one day for Teachers Appreciation! It was catered box lunch so I really didnt get the full affect. It was so good I decided to give it another try. Just like the first time it was fresh produce, meats, and bread...the staff was very patient as this was my first time in a JJs restaurant I was very indesicive about my "freebies" however the young lady was very helpful and added and deleted my selections every time without a fuss. Im excited about my next visit!“

“It’s a convenient walk from work to get a healthy option for lunch. I always get the same order so what I get I do enjoy. I order on the app and by the time I walk there, my sandwich is most times already made. This is a very busy location so it’s best to order ahead of you can.
There is indoor and outdoor seating but it is a small area.
I would’ve given five stars but they don’t participate in many of the coupon offers and this does keep me from going more than I do.“

“Had lunch there last week on fried chicken day. First thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean the place was. It’s a large space and was exceptionally clean. Since it was my first time there I approached the cashier and asked how the process works. I could not have approached a friendlier person. She was incredibly helpful and very accommodating. The servers were also very friendly and kept their areas very clean. Got my fried chicken with two sides and a drink. The chicken was exceptionally delicious. So very good. And not greasy- fried to perfection. I had green beans and a peach cobbler as my sides. The price point is very attractive. I’m looking forward to going again.“

Now, in casual conversation I had mentioned I was working at the gas station next door doing a remodel and though most people would have let what I was saying go right in one ear and out the other without a second thought. “This by far has to be one of the most consistent and best Subways in Baton Rouge. My order is always correct and made fast. The employees are not big on friendly customer service but they are polite and competent. My only complaint is they rarely have chocolate chip cookies in the evenings when I go after work. But when they do have them, the cookies are the best! The neighborhood is not the best. So if you want to get in and out fast, order on the app. It's easy and let's you know when the order is ready.“
