Food is fine--to me they have an oil base which is what they push as opposed to Mayo or honey mustard or something else offered by their competitors. I like it. But not sure if this distinction means I do not patronizes the competitors. Service and staff has always been friendly and efficient--no issues or problems. The only complaint I have with Jersey Mike's is they need to give an option on their menu to put condiments on the side when you're ordering online. By the time doordash got my sub to me it was soggy. The flavor was great the soggy bread not so great.
