The only complaint I have with Jersey Mike's is they need to give an option on their menu to put condiments on the side when you're ordering online. By the time doordash got my sub to me it was soggy. The flavor was great the soggy bread not so great.

My sandwich bread was so hard I couldn’t even eat it. Very disappointed!!!!! Also, I brought someone there for the very first time and they couldn’t even eat the sandwich because the bread was hard. They said they will never try again..

Food is fine--to me they have an oil base which is what they push as opposed to Mayo or honey mustard or something else offered by their competitors. I like it. But not sure if this distinction means I do not patronizes the competitors. Service and staff has always been friendly and efficient--no issues or problems. I guess I might be a lucky customer in that regard. Ambiance is fine--it's a sandwich shop--what do you expect---I have no issues and it's what it is. One thing I as a customer need to do is review the menu so I know what my options are, what this establishment offers and so I can make an informed decision----if I do this better then perhaps I can choose which of these type places are better but I suspect I will like all and give thumbs up to all as I just like food.

Your restaurant sucks!I called in an order ahead of time and had to wait when I got there and by the time I did they screwed up the order and I don't have enough time to get a new one!

I'd never been to Jersey Mike's before ... the staff was so nice and guided me through the experience , I had the chicken Philly which was really good. Every time I've been back , it's always been a great experience with great food and great food . I learned that I really like the club sub on Rosemary Parmesan
