Update: Management took my very small complaint ans mishap very seriously. They called me, apologized and asked me how I preferred to make it right. For me, just knowing that businesses of this size don't ignore small things like this makes a world of difference! Great chain- great service! As a traveler, this is far superior from the management to the wait staff are friendly & precise. Other chains should take notice & fall in line! Thank you! Thumbs ? up!

I use to enjoy this la madeleine location, but it really is starting to decline in quality. The last time I went here the omelette I ordered was not fully cooked all the way. It was also kinda hard trying to find a clean utensil as well. The employees seem like they are getting ruder, but you do still have some pretty good ones and the atmosphere is overall nice, but I don’t think I can recommend this la madeleine location anymore.
