Usually we have no issues with McDonald's; however, last night we waited (along with four cars behind us) for the car in front of us to get their order. He got a drink and we thought he may have been waiting on food, but after about ten minutes he just left. When we got to the window, my BF asked about the delay and the female clerk replied that they were just chatting. Clean new store. I eat here 4 days a week. I enjoy my app and it's rewards. Down side... Every morning I have to add 17 minutes to my commute just to enjoy a frappe. 2 minutes in drive thru. 15 waiting for my drink. Every morning!!

I only get the chicken sandwich because the last burger tasted funny and was falling a part! I was unable to return because i was in a different area by the time i started eating!
