Did an online app pickup order ... walked in and want greeted by the four staff members. I looked around for the pickup area - went to one spot and didn't see anything...turned a few circles, waited on them to finish chatting, found my order for pickup in a space I overlooked. As I turned to exit, 2-3 of them said bye and one thanked me for coming
Both the regular staff and management are amazing! We ordered catering for Customer Service Week and not only did they give us a generous discount, but they also complimented us with a box of cookies. Understanding customer service and celebrating it with us even in the smallest ways, has the biggest meaning. Thank you Noelle!
