Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I usually don't come to Popeyes but, when I do, it's ALWAYS a disappointment. Tonight was my last night, MY husband clearly said it 3x chicken tenders and they gave me regular chicken with bones in it. My kids don't eat that. Not to mention, they forgot our drinks, made us wait forever. How hard is it to fulfill an order when your primary language is English!!! How hard is it to do your job. OMG. Now I know why everyone goes to chick-fil-a, even though the chicken isn't as good. People there can do their job properly. Popeyes manage to hire the worse crew.

I must say, I really enjoyed the food and service at this location. My order was correct and prompt.The chicken was crispy, hot and delicious.The sides were flavorful, my favorite in particular is macaroni and cheese.My drinks were refreshing and tasty.The staff was friendly and gave me top notch service. Overall, great expérience 👍🏾

Poorly Managed and chronically understaffed. Expect to wait a while to oder, then settle in for a long wait for ya food.
Really not sure how places run like this stay open.

I don’t know how this location stays open. Doors locked at 8pm and no one would answer the drive thru. When we drove around to leave you could see all the workers were hiding in the back on their phones.

I recently visited the Popeyes location off Hwy 73, and unfortunately, the customer service was UNACCEPTABLE. My husband and I pulled up to the Drive-Thru. The store looked deserted, there was only one car in the parking lot. My husband politely spoke into the speaker to confirm they were open.
Instead of responding respectfully, the young lady working the Drive-Thru began yelling “Sir, you need to wait a minute. There are other customers ahead of you.” My husband and I are baffled by her tone and looking around like…WHERE IS THIS LONG LINE OF CUSTOMERS THAT YOU SPEAK OF, Dear. Her tone was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. We decided to leave and will not be returning to this location.

To anyone reading this: Do not accept any form of disrespect. Your money is valuable, and no one deserves to be treated poorly for simply seeking service. Businesses need our support—NOT the other way around no matter how long they’ve been around.

If you are a white person and expect half way decent service don’t go to this Popeyes. I stood at the inside counter for 13 minutes waiting for the lady to fix me a 2 piece meal. There were no other costumes inside or at the drive through. She acted like I was dirt under her feet and didn’t care if I got my food or not. She could not have moved any slower if she tried. And to top it off the manager was standing in the back and saw this going on. I’m not one to judge but this is the second time something like this has happened at this Popeyes.

no matter how far it is, drive to any other popeyes. ordered over an hour before my set pick up time and they still wanted me to wait 20 mins when i got there for chicken. left and got a refund in the app. don’t waste your time.

The food was good and hot it just came out the grease the atmosphere is pleasant and the people that work there are very nice to me I'm ready to go back

Extremely horrible customer service, won’t be returning. I was yelled by a worker to “ speak up” , that is not how you ask someone to speak louder. Rude tone the entire time, interrupted in the middle of ordering.
