Waited over 5-8 minutes after pushing the red button for someone to take my order. Then I finally got the attention of one of the car hops and asked her if the button was working and she said it was but then went on to tell me that they weren’t taking any orders at the time. How is it that sonic is supposed to have god fast service but they weren’t taking orders. Every time we go to Sonic they are completely out of what we want. Tonight they had no ice cream 🍦.
Very upset and frustrated. I placed an order for two sonic blast through door dash at 8:45 PM this evening. It said our order would arrive in about 30 to 45 minutes. So we waited and out order never came. it is now 10 o’clock and our door dasher just got there and your store is now closed. Why would it take so long for an order that small to be made? Ridiculous.
This was not DD fault as I too am a dasher.
