Starbucks

Coffee is consistently way too hot and has burned my mouth more than once. Drinks are often only half full, and the wait is always extremely long whether inside or drive-thru. This has happened multiple times. Worst Starbucks I’ve been to—my family and I won’t be returning.

My family and I stopped here for drinks on our way out of town... I placed a mobile order on our way to get gas so that I could be quick... While waiting for the mobile order to be finished (almost 20 minutes after the projected time) my daughter and I were browsing the merchandise. She found a cute tumbler and brought it the the register to see how much it cost. I was told I couldn't buy said merchandise because there was no price tag or barcode... I found the particular holiday tumbler online and asked if could buy it now that we have a price... At this time Siena caught an attitude and didn't attempt to help me beyond saying the manager would have to sell it to me but she's been working 50 hours and probably wouldn't come in. She then condescendingly advised me that if I wanted the tumbler I could go to the other location. I asked if there was some way she could type in the transaction manually and was once again met with hostility.

I began handing her the only other tumbler like the one I wanted and as I told her she should take them off the shelf if she can't sell them... She rudely told me not to touch them and instructed me to leave it on the shelf.

I let her know I would purchase both tumblers, but was once again told there was nothing she could do to help me. As a shift lead she was very unprofessional and disrespectful when I was simply trying to buy a tumbler for my daughter.

Stopped here at the beginning of a road trip and was thrilled they were open- coffee i got was burnt and cold. Pretty sure they gave me what was left in the pot from yesterday.

The drink was good but she took forever to bag it up and I got to hear all about her bad day yesterday and today when she was speaking to her coworker.

Really yummy. Clean for a sit down place, great smells. No paper towels in restrooms to be expected. Yes new employees don't really know what they're doing. Neither changes how well the coffee tastes from a texture, temperature, flavor - solid chain location. It's coffee.

Great service. Bacon Gouda sandwich was terrible!! See thru bacon with absolutely no taste Heavy bread and Gouda taste. Artificial egg very gritty. Never again will I waste my money.

Guy in front of us waited for 5 minutes, passed the drinks back to the waitress, waited another 5 minutes and left without a beverage. We ordered a vanilla latte, specifically asked if they got the vanilla, paid for the vanilla, and there was no vanilla.

Not sure if short staffed or system down but this store needs support.

Watch your tips when you go here. These people like to take your card and tip themselves without your knowledge. Just literally happened to me today. $5 tip I did not approve. Good job guys!

I went into this location before I went to my destination, and I have to tell you the greeting that I got was amazing. I definitely will have a great time!!!! Biscuit

They never get my order right. It's different everytime but i always order the same thing. People at the driver through window always stressing. Then i get stressed wondering,...what was that about? Wonder what did i do wrong now?
