First off, I would like to say it is amazing they are open on Mondays; some Mondays while at work I crave tacos and the 2 I'd go to are closed Mondays. I swear it's always the food trucks in the most random spots that taste SO GOOOOD. I got the barbacoa burrito and it was so tender and juicy and ohmygoodness I can't wait for work next Monday just to go to this truck hahaha. Best Taco truck ever!!!!
Absolutely the best barbacoa. Love their tacos and their gorditas. Love their salsas too especially the green one. Order here at least once a week because I can’t get enough
