Make sure the customer get the correct pizza ordered. I did call the pizza hut to let them know the pizza given was not what was ordered. A xredit was issued so I hope the next time I order Its correct.
I had no issue with my pizza or my delivery....However i do have a question about the delivery fee. I lowered my original tip after i saw it added. Then i read on the tracking link that it didn't go to the driver that it went to pizza to be used towards driver's expense compensation. I just can't imagine 100% nit going directly to the delivery driver since they hold 100% of the burden of delivery.
