Trust me I have eating at a lot of Popeyes and I say a lot everyone my wife and I pass while traveling out of town we will stop and eat at but this one in rayville the worst I've ever seen a chicken was so tough almost impossible to eat it it had been laying up under the light so long it has dried out I know how it's supposed to be done my wife ran a restaurant for 10 years when I go back to rayville I will accelerate to get by this Popeyes Chicken it needs a lot of work from what I seen

Placed mobile order only to arrive 30 minutes after the order was placed to be told they were out of what I ordered and i could wait longer for it. To top it off they had the lobby closed and refused to answer their phone

Whats the purpose of ordering online, when they don't start fixing anything before you arrive. I walk in the lady tell me my order isnt ready and I have to wait on chicken to be fried. It was too many people in the store to not have anything ready

Must have been very busy. It took nearly 30 minutes for me to get my order. To be fair it was like 15 minutes in line. The lady did apologize for the wait. Someone ordered like 100 pieces and sat there waiting for it. My food did come out fresh. I'm a truck driver glad they had parking for my rig across the street.

This location frequently fails to include sauces for orders placed in the drive-thru. Food is usually good otherwise.
The servers were extremely busy, but the food took longer than expected. We ordered our food to go, because I don't enjoy viewing sagging pants ... especially when I eat.

There is always an issue… you have to wait on chicken tenders, the order is wrong, lobby not open cause of staff didn’t show up, etc…I don’t bother stopping any more.
