If you don't as for fresh pieces of chicken you're probably going to get hard and dry food. When I ask for the fresh items they always, but once, have been more than happy to hook you up.
When the lobby is open, and the restaurant is fully staffed, there is no problem. The food is good. However, they are having issues, keeping enough employees, that want to work. Chicken sandwich is really good !

The lady did apologize for the wait. Someone ordered like 100 pieces and sat there waiting for it. My food did come out fresh. I'm a truck driver glad they had parking for my rig across the street.
