If you don't as for fresh pieces of chicken you're probably going to get hard and dry food. When I ask for the fresh items they always, but once, have been more than happy to hook you up.
When the lobby is open, and the restaurant is fully staffed, there is no problem. The food is good. However, they are having issues, keeping enough employees, that want to work. Chicken sandwich is really good !
Not only was my food delicious, the wait was short, and the workers were extremely helpful. One complemented my hair, one immediately asked what I was missing when I came back in, even though I had just forgotten to ask for ketchup 🤦🏽♂️, and the others were very cheerful. They are doing it right at this location!!! Great job to management as well as staff!!
