Stopped in for lunch with some out of town relatives. They set us up in the back dining room so that we could all sit together, which was very nice. The food was delicious and plentiful. Miss Connie and the other ladies came out to visit and to make sure that everyone had what they needed. Everyone enjoyed their visit to Connie's Grill. What a wonderful place to have lunch! The chicken was some of if not the best I’ve ever had as was everything else. The ladies working were such a pleasure to talk with and were super nice and friendly. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone who loves really good food in a really pleasant environment. Im from Harvey, but if ever I’m in this area for lunchtime this is where I’m eating!

Great home cooked meals. I highly recommend the roast beef debris poboy & their homemade onion rings. The Cajun Club Sandwich is a hit too. So good! You will not be disappointed.

What a wonderful little place to eat. Everyone was so nice and the food was so good. I had the chicken tenders dinner and my gf had the fried chicken. It was crazy good and cooked perfectly. Please stop in and give the people there some love. You won't be disappointed. Tell em Bart sent you.

Food is usually good, no complaints there. But EVERY time we call to place an order whoever answers the phone is a Bxxxh. One time they put me on hold, talked trash the whole time, and waited for me to hangup. Another time I said I have a big order (8 people) and she literally said call back in 15 minutes and took the phone off the hook for almost an hour. Today she's literally complaining as I order. "OH MY GODDDD" and constantly huffing and puffing and ranting as I try order. Constantly talking over me. I order for 8 people for lunch and have had a problem every single time. It's all payed on one bill. Sounds like an older lady. Not to mention she gives up a pickup time and the food isn't ready for almost an hour. I understand they're busy but it's ridiculous. It genuinely sounds as if they don't want our business and don't want to be bothered to work.

Edit: finally get the food and they gave us a salad instead of a Cajun poboy on French. Even after reading the order back to me it's wrong.

Miss Cheryl is the best!..Prices are average for a great meal. And she'll hook you up because she is not stingy with a plate of food. Tastes just like your Moma's cookin' ! Order comes out fast.
