“Outdoor stand that serves mostly snow cones, but also has some ice cream and food like hot dogs and nachos. We had a couple of cyclones (like a dairy queen blizzard) and they were really good (and really cold). Awful parking though - park, get your order, and then leave and eat it somewhere else so you can free up a parking space“
