WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Why hire folks who can’t comprehend ENGLISH OR SPEAK IT! There’s ALWAYS A PROBLEM WITH THIS PLACE! I CALLED IN MY ORDER OVER THE PHONE! Despite the fact I literally had to call over 6 times just to get a answer to place my order! Get there food was NEVER STARTED! Then the lady who took my order comes and tell the other cook my order that she seemed to never bother mentioning when I CALLED IN! Finally get my order after waiting 30 mins! OF COURSE MY ORDER IS INCORRECT because they don’t understand a damn thing! To make it even better she was trying to serve my order on COLD STALE BREAD! Now i have to wait for them to make another sandwich. STRAIGHT B.S!!!!!! I only recommend one lady there everyone else even the men at the register DON’T UNDERSTAND NOR COMPREHEND, YOU CAN POINT AT WHAT YOU’RE TALKING ABOUT THEY WILL STILL GET IT WRONG! JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I remember when this truck stop was built about 25 years ago. Now the truck lot looks like a junk yard. The inside looks like a typical little fuel stop but the food is good…fried chicken, poboys, burgers. All the good stuff.

I give only 4 star because me and my husband is the 1st time we stop and stay overnight this truck stop the bathroom is dirty but we experienced very good service for asking the gentlemen that we print my BOL and ask to drop trailer for less than 2 hrs.because we go shopping at wallmart and the gentlemen is really nice we appreciate it very much!

First and last time I visit that store, the morning customer service is so bad and rude. Women who are not ashamed of talking nonsense in front of customers and the head chef spitting poison with a customer for an order, they had already told me about how toxic it is to work there and I confirmed it 2 weeks ago to never return to buy food in that place.I leave this answer to the managerSorry? I have never worked in your business, I am leaving this comment so that customer service can improve because I can't stay away from the food. My brother had a bad experience when he went to buy lunch, the chef was yelling at another customer and that is shameful and unacceptable. I have also seen that in less than 2 months there are many new faces working and then they leave there and the complaint is because they are treated badly so I recommend that you make some cards so that we, the customers who consume in your business, can give a review of the treatment we receive from your workers. I'm displaced by the storm still and desperately needed clean clothes. Since I'm not a trucker, I was rudely kicked out of the dryer with wet clothes. There wasn't a trucker in sight who was washing clothes. I will gladly take my business and dirty clothes to St. Rose truck stop where I was greeted with open arms and they even gave us discounts when they heard our story.

First time at this truck stop. I usually stop at a Love’s or Pilot truck stop. I didn’t think it was safe when a sheriff was checking out an abandoned car. But I talked to another trucker and it a safe place to park! They could clean up the parking lot a-bit.
