We had a couple of cyclones (like a dairy queen blizzard) and they were really good (and really cold). Awful parking though - park, get your order, and then leave and eat it somewhere else so you can free up a parking space

I visited this location for the first time and this was my experience. It was a hot sunny day. As soon as my sister (visiting from another state) and I walked up a lady feel to the ground. I called 911. My sister had a fan to start cooling her. I requested the workers get her an ice towel. She was out for awhile. I had pedialyte with me to help once she could drink and told them she needed a/c. After all of this took place I finally ordered snowballs. I did pay. No one said thank you or offered anything. Good customer service is gone out of style. If we were not there at that time the outcome could’ve been a disaster because they had nothing to help save this lady. If I were offered something or appreciated for the help I would’ve gave a huge tip because I’m a giver. That was my first and will be my last time visiting. Very poor customer service and staff isn’t trained for emergency situations.

Friendly staff, great snowballs & BEST CHILI CHEESE NACHOS that I’ve had from a snowball stand! That cheese sauce is SO good! I’ve been twice & was very satisfied both times!

OMG this was my first time ever coming here and the two young ladies I didn’t get their name, but they totally understood me, I need more ice than syrup because I work outside they totally understood me. She put a tiny bit of strawberry on top cause I don’t like water, but it was perfect. The ice perfect if anybody is looking for the best ice machine snowball is this place it was awesome!!!!! Just wanted to say thank y’all so much

The veron hot sausage dog loaded was a treat I didn’t know I needed in my life. It paired perfectly with the tigersblood snowball with ice cream and condensed milk. I went two days in a row the first time I tried it. It’s my new favorite!

I am a LONG TIME customer of Guidrys and I always recommend them but recently there snowballs have not been up to par. There flavor choices are really good but the effort and presentation needs to get better! I believe you are the best snowball in the parish but it has to show. No cone top, no juice, and barely feels the (large) cup with ice. I will be back soon. Don’t disappoint. All love
