Snowballs were good. Blades for ice machine needed to be sharpened as lots of chunky ice throughout. Taste was good. We had to transport from reserve to Laplace. Upset that a simple request to get medium inside large cup was told they could not do. All they had to do was make the medium and put in bigger size cup, instead they suggest no top. I even offered to pay extra for cup or inconvenience. All this does is loose half the snowball I paid for. Nothing about the mess getting...

Where do I start.....they have the softest ice around, alot of flavors to choose from, the nachos & hot dogs are always delicious! Fast & friendly service! I think it's the best kept hidden secret in Louisiana! Can't wait to go back!

The BEST snowballs ever! They are so sweet and make sure you have everything you asked for. Their ice is always soft. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a sweet treat to cool you down.
