very good service, the worker was very polite, and even asked if i had the drink before to make sure i’d like it!
Sky and Allison served us this afternoon just before 4pm and they were awesome!! From the beginning of ordering our two caramels frappes to walking out the door the service was amazing! It being just them was not only impressive but also a lesson in working as a team!! I hope they get a BONUS and an acknowledgment!!

At the Starbucks Coffee Company located at 9301 Jefferson Hwy, River Ridge, a regular customer frequently visits at least five times a week. The customer orders the same drink—6 shots of espresso—and would initially request a cup of ice upon arrival, as this option is not available on the app. After only a few visits, an employee noticed the habit and went above and beyond to make the experience seamless. One day, the customer walked in to find not only the espresso waiting but also a cup of ice already prepared, without having to ask. Since then, the employee has continued to proactively prepare the order exactly the way the customer likes it. This attention to detail and genuine care for regular customers is a shining example of exceptional service. These small acts of kindness make a huge difference. This Starbucks is one of the best, with all the windows, the staff, and the screen that tells when an order is received, in process, or completed.
