Although there was an issue with my order, Neal and Angelica made the situation much better! My order had accidentally been given to another customer, and unfortunately, they were out of personal pan pizzas. This evening, I placed a mobile order that was supposed to be ready for 6:17. I arrived at 6:15, only to wait until 6:55 to actually receive my order. The lady next to me had been waiting for 50 minutes with a child on her hip. When they asked my name a third time, they pulled it out of the hot fridge where it had been sitting for who knows how long.
