Visiting from Mississippi, my daughter suggested picking up food from The Fish shack, because it was 'good stuff" and convenient to her home.Thinking that we weren't going to be able to place an order, 20 mins before closing time, my daughter called and they happily accommodated and took our order.Just finishing my meal and sampling some of my daughters, I was very impressed with my fried shrimp tacos, the delicious boudin eggroll, and a piece of her fried fish!...
There's rarely a time that we're able to go out to dinner at a new place and truly have no complaints but this place did it!! Food was hot, delicious and fresh! The hospitality was out of this world and we can definitely say that we'll be back! 10/10 recommend!!
The first time I ate here about a month ago, the food and service was awesome. Ordered this evening and the food is cold and over cook. Lettuce is soggy. It's almost like it was not made fresh. Was disappointed with this order. Will try again though.
