Workers were not welcoming. The food was cold, the burger was not done and I only had 3 whole curly fries, the rest were crumbs. When I called to speak with the manager about my complaint, she stated that she didn't have time to talk and was very dismissive and talking over me. She offered a do-over, but I asked for a refund instead. Will not be going back. Very unsatisfied with the whole experience.

Shout out to the morning crew, already had a bad morning. I had the wrong day for the doctor. Got to drive through at 10:31 and ask if they had any breakfast. They asked what I wanted. And to my surprise, not only did they have it but got fresh potato cakes ( my all-time favorite).

Went for dinner after work. Went thru drive thru. Attendant was super friendly and she knew what she was doing! Order was fresh and perfect! Great experience.
Excellent experience here. Superb food, service, cleanliness. Order was taken promptly, delivered to our table. Plenty of parking here.

I ordered the Beef Burger Deluxe.
There are so many different sauces for French fries. Providing a variety of sources is one of the characteristics of arbys.
The French fries tray is wide.
When I come to the US, I always go to Arbys.
I hope Arbys becomes a place that many people visit.

Dropped by for a late evening snack. No online ordering, water on the floor, some of the workers socializing with friends... About typical for most fast food places these days. The one bright spot was the very nice and efficient girl who waited on us-sorry I missed her name. Food was fresh and hot.
Update 01/22: still very friendly and efficient service. Good food and automatic senior discount without asking.
Update 01/23: EIGHT workers! So service was courteous and prompt. Food was again hot and fresh. The 2 for $7 deal is pretty good these days.
Update 05/23: The sliders are quite good and loaded with meat. Smiling, friendly service once again. Love the senior discount. Rang the bell upon exit.
Update 09/10: Still impressed by the quality and taste of the food and the fast, friendly service. Our counter clerk volunteered that senior drinks were discounted. Very courteous!
