Some of the best BBQ I have ever had in my life. I always try to go any chance I get bc it doesn't matter what you get it is always going to be absolutely delicious. Brisket sandwich is probably my favorite. So tender and juicy especially with the sauce they have. 10/10

Bad Wolf is a must try! Living in Texas has spoiled me with BBQ but this place was great! Solid brisket, but the brussel sprouts and boudin were next level. Highly recommend!

Food truck with decadent brisket... it was so lean and flavorful. Excellent fast & friendly service. We had the chimi brisket sandwich on jalapeño cheddar bread, the brisket topped sweet potato, and cheesy brisket boudin. Everything was amazing. Plan to try the Brussels at our next visit.
The white BBQ sauce on the tater and creamy chimichurri on the sandwich really highlighted the brisket. Prices are a little high, but it's high quality meat and a good volume.
