Some of the best BBQ I have ever had in my life. I always try to go any chance I get bc it doesn't matter what you get it is always going to be absolutely delicious. Brisket sandwich is probably my favorite. So tender and juicy especially with the sauce they have. 10/10

Bad Wolf is a must try! Living in Texas has spoiled me with BBQ but this place was great! Solid brisket, but the brussel sprouts and boudin were next level. Highly recommend!

Food truck with decadent brisket... it was so lean and flavorful. Excellent fast & friendly service. We had the chimi brisket sandwich on jalapeño cheddar bread, the brisket topped sweet potato, and cheesy brisket boudin. Everything was amazing. Plan to try the Brussels at our next visit.
The white BBQ sauce on the tater and creamy chimichurri on the sandwich really highlighted the brisket. Prices are a little high, but it's high quality meat and a good volume.

Best Texas style BBQ in Louisiana hands down. Andrew & his staff do amazing things with brisket, pig wings(ribs), & even BRUSSEL SPROUTS! Very creative menu. You will NOT be disappointed in anything you get there.

Wow! Glad I listened to the reviews and tried this place. I got the two step sandwich (boudin and brisket) and it was awesome. I’ll admit the combination of boudin and brisket sounded a little odd to me but damn was it good.

We found ourselves in Ruston and had the privilege of eating here. The brisket boudin is phenomenal with a robust smokiness that is complemented by the cheese and the brisket still has a great texture to it inside the casing. The peach bbq pulled pork was good, a bit too sweet for me but the wife loved it. Everyone raves about the brussel sprouts in sweet chili sauce and for good reason, they hit all the notes: sweet, savory, salty, bitter. If you are in Ruston, check this place out, if you aren't...plan a trip because it is a destination worth the drive.

My MC rode from Bryant Arkansas on Saturday to eat at your Food Truck on a recommendation from another club brother. The ladies that were working extremely hard kept smiling the whole time and was keeping the line moving. The food was by far the best BBQ I have ever had and I have tried BBQ a lot of places across the country. The BBQ boudin po'boy and BBQ Bussell Sprouts were amazing. We will be back. Maverick
