The food was good but not stellar based on prices.
The server was very nice and she meant well but forgot several items, I drink and food items, but we were a party of 9 as well.
Try not to sit near the front door, the two-door system doesn't work when people don't realize they're letting hot air flow in while holding the door open to look and see if their table is ready or just being absent-minded...
Maybe they could try putting the greeters...
