Absolutely terrible. We ordered 10 pounds of crawfish and we received them not cooked. They were brown and black, the meat was mushy and the tails were loose and flapping: all signs of crawfish not being cooked all the way. We took it back and the guy at the counter was extremely rude. He talked over us and would not let us prove to him they were raw. Went to the back and brought out cooked crawfish to “prove” they were cooked but refused to open the bag he gave us. Would not recommend to anyone unless you want bad customer service and food.

We have had several events catered by Mr. Ben! His food is phenomenal, fresh and authentic to the region. Today I had the pleasure of eating his crawfish for the first time. I will make the trip to Ruston for Crawfish from now on! It's THAT good!! Thank you, Mr. Ben and your entire staff for a wonderful event today!
