This is the worst honesty. I went to the drive thru. The guy ahead was waiting 10 mins before anybody even started to take his order. Mind you, there was nobody at this location customer-wise. After waiting in line for 15 mins I parked and went inside. Came to find out that they had no ice and maybe 3 drinks to choose from. They need to restaff this place or something because there was roughly 5 employees present at this location that I went to and they couldn’t put out 2 dang orders. The gentleman I was behind in the drive thru I still saw waiting for his food by the time I had pulled out and left the parking lot. What a joke this place is, spend your money somewhere else yall. You won’t get your moneys worth here.

The most incompetent staff I’ve ever seen. Rude, careless, and actually unable to perform basic tasks. Don’t eat here unless you want to get your order wrong, wait excessively, and deal with rude people with zero people skills.
Girl at the front was rude when we were ordering. Ice cream machine was down. Wouldn't let us get through saying anything without saying "what else?" Drink machine was out of pretty much everything in the front. Really rude group and they couldn't care less about being up here clearly

Opened my burger and seen that a chunk of my patty looks like it was bitten into could have broke off but very suspicious seeing that the staff was acting unusual and I called twice with no answer definitely giving this to the dog imma eat at Wendy's
