It took a while to receive my food. Listen to this I ordered my food ,paid for it, received my receipt and my order was nowhere been made I had to go up to the counter and let them know about it their response was we forgot…??♂️ the people there don’t seem to want to their job also and on top of that messing up your order.

They closed down the lobby so that the lady (team lead maybe) bagging food could babysit her children in the lobby. When we brought our burgers back in because they were wrong, she gave us an attitude and slammed the burgers down on the counter. One burger had two bites out of it, both were missing cheese and all the food was cold. Out of mozzarella sticks and no bbq sauce. Shorted us chicken fingers ordered 12 pieces got 8pieces. Worst food from Burger King yet.

My husband asked the lady at the register what came on the rodeo burger and she didn't know so she looked it up. She told him what she saw so he told her how he wanted it and she was like oh wait that's how it comes anyway. Ummm OK I want 2 of those a large fry and a large sweet tea. She got confused ? he had to repeat himself 3 times then she like OK that's I don't even remember how much I'm like um that's just what he wanted I need a rodeo burger with just BBQ sauce and a cup of water. She tells us it's like 13$ she walks off and another woman comes over to take our money and starts to walk off. My husband is like um do we just grab our cups or what and she's like what did you have to drink? He said I ordered a large sweet tea and she had a water. She's like she didn't charge you for the tea. ?♀️ really? Come on people we told you 3 times and it takes 2 of you to get it right. That's just unacceptable. Then get the food the onion rings on my husband burgers are hard as a rock and taste like burned grease the fries don't even get me started. The cheese we had added extra wasn't melted. I had asked for extra BBQ and didn't get it so I just went to ask for a pack of sauce and some ketchup for my husband's fries. Oh they are out of all sauce until the truck runs (but yet they had BBQ sauce to put on the burgers). They are lucky I was generous enough to give them the review I did and honestly if I'd remembered just how bad it was when I'd put the stars I probably would have put all ones lol
