Live in Bossier! Stopped in to eat crawfish! This place is amazing. Service is the best. Martel is such an amazing manager. He is so involved in the restaurant. He helps serve, greets people, all the things. He was working just as hard as everybody else, and I don’t see that often at restaurants. Geat atmosphere! Family friendly!
The food was surprisingly good for a restaurant in a gas station. The wait staff was friendly and outgoing. It's in a gas station so I didn't expect much for atmosphere, but I would eat here again.
Holy Moly. Cajun goodness.The Boudin balls were amazing with their homemade sauces. I honestly wanted more of just those and you can't go wrong either way on the sauces. The Cajun Cheeseburger was massive and delicious. I already want to go back for the Creole Carbonara. I can't say enough good things about it. It was enough for two meals honestly.The staff was also wonderful and very polite. I wish we either lived closer or there was one in DFW, TX. Can't wait...
