We waited a very long time for our food, a very long time!!! I asked for extra malt vinegar, as well as other condiments. They gave us everything but the malt vinegar. The food was not good at all. To wait as long as we did, to get the type of food we received was very disappointing.
While we were pulling up, an employee was smoking right in front of the door. It had a very unprofessional look to the restaurant.
The only good thing about the experience is the gentleman that took our order. He was nice, but again forgot the malt vinegar.

Purchased Captain D's today, was the worst I have ever gotten. Called and spoke with the manager and was told that it was the same fish as usual. I know this wasn't the fish I've gotten in the past, the fish had the texture of cotton and it was soft and soggy. The crust wasn't even crispy. Will not ever go back to Captain D's in Ruston Louisiana. EVER!!
Blackened salmon is my fav. Service in the drive-thru is extremely slow. They are normally apologetic and are really nice

As someone who spent years working for Captain D’S, eating the food on a regular basis, I can honestly say that food and service has gotten better and better over the years! Shout out to the crew, Dana Crowe, and Mike for a job well done! Keep up the great work! Absolutely amazing!
