The restaurant is neat & clean, restroom is clean & the employees are constantly cleaning. I can not remember ever getting food that is not hot & fresh. The employees are so friendly & helpful.

For starters, I have had many negative experiences with this Chick-fil-a, but tried to take them on the chin. I never felt compelled to leave a bad review until now. The interaction I just had was unfortunately the straw that broke the camels back. I just went through the drive through (at about 4:30 on Thursday, August 21st) and had my order taken by a younger looking guy with dark hair. The moment I pulled up I said hello and asked how he was doing. He asked for my name and what I wanted to order. As soon as I started answering, he cut me off saying “I can’t hear you” with an incredibly monotone voice and straight face. I tried leaning my head out of the window and raising my voice a little, but after that I was cut off and interrupted multiple times again and again throughout the remainder of our interaction. If you can’t hear a customer, you could at least kindly ask them to repeat themselves or meet them halfway by crouching down a little towards their car. This guy acted like he literally could not care less about the job he was doing. I know it’s a fast food job and probably not his life’s passion or anything crazy lol, but a little kindness and compassion would go a long way. Especially considering you never know what kind of day somebody’s had. Sometime people just need you to at least pretend to be polite lol.

Food and service was good. Wish they had mobile thru as a pick up option for 1 of their 2 lanes. Went pretty quickly though.

We went only thru the drive thru. Unfortunately to exit the lot you must turn right. Even though there is a sign posted a lot of people didn’t pay enough attention to it. This isn’t the establishments fault by any means. Just make sure you’re paying attention.

Food was not good. Order was all wrong. Order gluten free bun on my sandwich did even get a bun. If you don't have them take them off your menu or least tell me. Husband sandwich was just plain just meat and bun. Not what we order at all. Fries where completely cold.

As a fellow Chick-fil-A team member, I was incredibly impressed with this location! Team was working together, and one of the managers even helped out on the dining room. He saw me looking at the Bible and I mentioned how that was a fabulous idea. For anyone weary from a long road trip, I recommend this location. 10/10
