As a fellow Chick-fil-A team member, I was incredibly impressed with this location! Team was working together, and one of the managers even helped out on the dining room. He saw me looking at the Bible and I mentioned how that was a fabulous idea. For anyone weary from a long road trip, I recommend this location. 10/10
Don't know the difference but their drive through is wayyyyyyy slower than my local drive through. I was ubering a person who didn't want to get out and we sat in the line no less than 30 minutes before we ever ordered. This isn't a one-time occurrence as I've had super slow service on two other occasions. I can't comment on the food this trip as my passenger did the ordering.
This definitely wasn't a representation of what normal looks like. Chick-fil-A has a reputation for greatness. My experience was not like that this time. My biscuit looked undone, and the hash browns were overcooked. We were driving so I didn't take pics, really hate that I didn't.
