They need to re-hire whoever is in charge of putting together the orders. My order has been wrong the last 4 times in a row and I have overpaid for something I never got. The first few times I was understanding and just went back and got it fixed but this is getting ridiculous.

This place is absolutely horrible, and it's not like any ChikFilA you're used to. The service is typically slow on a normal day, and the food they give you is usually over cooked. I've about had it when I ordered this morning and paid 15 dollars for a 10pc chicken mini combo to only receive 4 burnt ones. Don't bother selecting any add ons for extra money, they wont add any of it, much less even give you sauce you select. Horrible experience multiple times from me here.

I “strongly dislike” the on campus Chick-fil-A. This is probably the 4th time it’s been absolutely disappointing. Almost $10 for cold egg and room temperature chicken and they even forgot my extra egg topping. So I went to the counter and they put an actual “CUBE” of egg in a box (also cold). No thank you’s or my pleasure’s spoken. They’re getting 0 stars. I’ve had more hospitable interactions with a microwave and a jimmy dean sausage biscuit. Don’t waste your money here.

This is the worst location. They have No customer service and are very slow. I waited 30 mins for. Mobile order and then didn’t even get a decent apology. Avoid this one if you can!

Spent $8 on two chicken biscuits really only got one the chicken was cut in half and put on to different biscuits kinda ridiculous
