I got a too dinner after a long day at work. I parked in the car side spot. No one ever called and told me my order was ready. I finally went in. I found out they stopped delivering food to vehicles two years ago. When I went to pay for my 25 dollar order, the suggested tip was 5 dollars. I changed it to 0.00. No service was provided to me except the girl that gave me my food. The salmon was great, but the rice was flavorless and dry. I had a few broccoli florets. So not worth my money. I'll never go to this location again!

this Chili’s was an experience to say the least, ima save the trouble of reading a lot and say definitely check yalls bank accounts after you pay for the food (preferably while you’re at the restaurant), they sneakily charge you extra than what you were supposed to pay for and would tip themselves and pretend it’s a “system issue “, also they’re pretty inconsistent with their guest and food quality as well, especially the servers. almost as if they cherry pick who they want to help the most. lastly the fries for some reason takes concerning forever to get made and the server was pathetically stalling a lot of times. pls fix this, and as the crime for stealing money and charging extra for bank accounts, be ready for that lawsuit and go ahead and say goodbye to all that money yall stole. PS: clean y’all’s bathroom💀💀💀

I am a Door Dasher the last several times I have been in to put up customers orders I am standing there for a while before acknowledge by staff for assistance. Customers orders are anywhere from 10 to 45 minutes past the time they are to picked to get ready. The staff will be in the kitchen laughing, using uncalled for profanity, and talking about their personal lives and how much they are ready to go home instead of taking care of customer orders. The only one staff that did actually try to help us that were waiting for orders could not get any help. She tried to get the manager to come out and talk to all the customers that were standing in the to go areas waiting on orders to come explain what is going on and why it is taking so long. When the manager finally did come out and talk to everyone he tried to say they had a lot of orders to get out and they were behind. There was only two customers in the restaurant. The serve was the worse I have ever experienced, the waiting and not having the customer order ready when they said it would and then could not explain why it was taking so long but clearly could hear why they could not get the orders out when they were suppose to be. Staff was also throw soap and water on the floor and others were just leaving and going home. This has happened more than once.

Management at this location sent half of his staff home because he said it was slow. The restaurant didn’t look slow at all. He was trying to discourage the party I was with saying the kitchen was backed up and it would be at least a 30 minute plus wait. The management needs a new job and it’s not in the restaurant business

I received chef's kiss service starting with the hospitality of the hostess, the great 3 for me special , rewards from my phone app and the delicious meal. The hostess recommended how I could get the most for my money. As a result, I paid less than $18.00 for a generous meal with dessert, a drink and a huge bag of chips. I will return soon!
