To go messed up my order and was rude to me about it. Lied to me about how long it would take to fix it.

I waited at the pick up area for over 5 minutes, seeing my order on the shelf completed. while the server walked right passed and danced without helping me, having finally get my order. Getting home I noticed the order was incorrect, there where sauces missing and food placed very poor like almost like they where thrown in the container. This is one of the saddest experiences I’ve had here, they where to busy playing and laughing and dancing to help customers waiting.

I have eaten at this location twice recently. I did not leave a review after the last experience as every restaurant can have a bad day or be short staffed, however after eating here again it is clear that is not the case. The service, from the waitresses, and ONLY the waitresses, was perfectly fine. My issue is with basically every other staff member in the establishment, ESPECIALLY the management. Not ONCE did I see a food runner, busser, or manager do ANYTHING to help a waitress. Hostess was nowhere to be found either time I have visited, leaving our waitress to seat us. Managers seem to be there for the sole purpose of hounding waitresses, which is disturbing to diners and distracting to wait staff. I noticed this mostly with a larger bald male manager and a smaller female manager. Management is far too concerned with harassing waitresses when they should be focusing on the shortcomings of the entire rest of the staff, although this may be too much to expect, as management is clearly incompetent. Nothing will destroy a restaurant faster than a management staff like what can be seen at the Ruston Chili’s.

Definitely can tell this is a college town. Socializing takes priority over service. Restaurant consist of on duty and off duty personnel and for that reasoning the customer suffers. Long wait times between service for drinks after a long day. Travel through the area often so will give location a second chance.

Food was good, service was good. The mozzarella cheese is amazing. Margarita's were good but for a 10.00 margarita needs less ice and more of what I'm paying for. The coconut margarita was good but in no way worth the price.

This place is trash. The slowest chilis I have ever seen. Sat for over an hr for a triple dipper. Ridiculous honestly. Everyone walks around like they are clueless that they suck. Disappointing to say the least

My girlfriend received her meal and finished eating when the waitress arrived at the table and said it was going to be another 15 minutes on my order and I replied NO ma'am bring me our ticket for meal and our drinks. No plans on returning there!!&&@@

Ordered chips and salsa, salsa was so sour and watery. It might even be spoiled. Ordered ribeye (i know it's not a steakhouse, but since they had it on the menu they should make it at least decent), medium, got a well done peace that looked like it was boiled on a stove at it was not from the grill. No taste at all. The vivid picture on the menu with bright green broccoli and what I got on the table was not even close. Couldn't eat. Paid and left. The waitress and the hostess were nice, polite and attentive
It just isn't as good as it used to be. Our server was checking her phone while taking our order. The shrimp was overcooked.

Food was Fresh , Hot and Delicious . The young lady who served us was very sweet and pleasant . Even though it was busy , she had a great attitude . The greeters were awesome as well .
