We felt for the lady running the expo. She was really trying to resolve everyone's issues. I waited 20+ minutes for my caramel java chip blizzard only to receive a blizzard without any trace of Carmel. My companions received someone else's order and received their order after I had finished my blizzard. While waiting on my order, I witnessed several other customers go back to the counter for receiving wrong items or stating that they were missing multiple parts of their order. Again, the lady who I am assuming is the manager, was doing a great job trying to correct every issue and work with both the kitchen and the drink stations but there appeared to be a number of system issues with how they were handling the tickets. We had to hand over our receipts because the crew wasn't able to find our orders in their system. My companions, after 35 minutes, settled with what they were given despite being given three wrong desserts (they had four desserts total), two burgers dressed wrong, and we received chicken with the wrong sauces...
Unfortunately, this wasn't an ideal visit for us and several of the other patrons while we were visiting.

I have been coming to this DQ location for 4-5 years. It’s always been GREAT! BUT, lately the Ladies Restroom has been AWFUL, NASTY and FILTHY!!! I drive to see my family at least once a month in Texas. This has ALWAYS been my 1/2 way stop. I’m older traveling with my little dog. I can’t take her in, so I stop outside and leave her in my car a few minutes. I go inside quickly to use the ladies restroom. Then, I always drive around to order at drive thru, get lunch and eat outside. Anyway, the last few times I’ve stopped the ladies restroom has be sickening!!! This past weekend, one stall was stopped up and not working at all! There twas NO PAPER TOWELS to dry my hands at all! The ONLY reason I’m giving the star rating I am, is because of the great food and service I got at the drive thru window! The little blonde girl at window was a sweetheart! Please consider fixing up and cleaning your yucky ladies room. I’ve enjoyed stopping in these last years. But, if this nasty restroom situation isn’t taken care of, I’ll have to find another stop on my way to Texas. I hate to do this since you all have been a great stop for me over the years.

I am NEVER disappointed nor dissatisfied, we get Trump back in charge of this country I just might be able to eat there on a daily basis rather than every other month. Let that sink in.

I’ve just been kind of disappointed with this place. If you’re just coming for ice cream then it’s top notch, but besides that… It’s very meh. Had a very mediocre experience here in the past, but came to give it a second chance because it said they took Tech Express. The worker said it either was broken and they wouldn’t fix it or then just didn’t accept it anymore. That was quite the bummer. Also they have a very limited drink selection, no Diet Coke is really a bummer personally because I hate regular Coke and Coke Zero. The final disappointment was that I had come to try something I saw advertised online, some steak fingers with gravy, sounded like an awesome idea and something that the other fast food places don’t have. Well she promptly told me they don’t carry that item. So that’s unfortunate, not sure why it’s being advertised online, it has my ego location… very disappointing. Also it took like 12 minutes to get my food, many people who ordered after me already had there’s and they had gotten similar basket items. I will say once I did get the food, it was good. The place is very clean, and the owner is super hospitable, so I will continue to come here for ice cream and maybe I’ll give it another chance in the future.

Highlights: Exceptional customer service from Betty or Debbie (can't remember which). I ordered online. I pulled in the drive through and said, 'I'm just here to grab my order.' The associate said, 'Sorry, you gotta come in.' I said, 'Can you please cut me a break? I got three kids in the car in pajamas and I'm the only adult in the car.' Some other voice came on the line, 'Sure, we can accommodate you.' I guess that was Betty/Debbie.
However, beware - this isn't Starbucks or Chick-fil-A. If you order online, you MUST pickup in the store unless you persuade them, like me.
Their burgers are outstanding.
Nice vibes inside. Nice shaded outdoor seating.
Not exceptional: Once I ordered a burger and there was a fly in the burger container. But I let the team know, they apologized and made me a new burger.
