Daq's Wings & Grill Ruston

I enjoy the food - shrimp wanton, wings the best-and service. It is kid friendly, a little noisy when games are on TV, but most of the time it is quiet.

I was at the Ruston location. I've been to this location twice, the first time it the waiter. She add a order of fries to my bill. After I mentioned it to her she said that I will take it off and she never did and the bad thing about it I didn't eat French fries.This time the wings was fried too hard and one of the guest that was with me fries was late coming out and was cold. She asked for some hot ones and she took them back and they put them back in the grease, then brought them back and now they were full of grease. Now the say the Bossier City location is better I've had never been.

Cool atmosphere, food was pretty good. My wife's boneless wings where fantastic, my roast beef poboy on the other hand was average at best, but that was my fault. Sometimes my expectations are just to high.the service was great, and the beer was ice cold.

Don't waste your money! Food cold and had to be sent back! Wings tasted good but were extremely small and way overpriced for what you get! They added the automatic gratuity to our party and we definitely didn't get the service for what she got paid! Also added 3% for using a credit card! I could handle it if everything was perfect but overall it was BAD!

We eat here often as a family and with friends. We have never been disappointed in food or service.

I have to say this is literally the best restaurant in Ruston!I’m a West Monroe girl, but when I got my degree in Accounting at Tech, I also landed a job in Ruston with my degree. I originally was going to Rotolo’s with my husband for date night, but the service just was not what it was when we started going.I stumbled across Daq’s in Ruston, and now this is the place we always go for our date nights, business lunches, and nights out with the girls.Hailey, Bella, and Chaz (just to mention a few) have been the ABSOLUTE best people of customer service I have ever had in my entire life! I have to thank these ladies for introducing me to the Spicy Green Beans and their Chicken BLT sandwich with their homemade ranch… All day, every day, the absolute best!!! If I could give ten stars, I would. Maybe even 11 for the themes they have been doing lately!This is the only place I have been to in Ruston that never messes up my order! I’m a little picky, so for that I am so grateful! I always forget that the food has just been cooked, so from time to time, I go all in and burn my mouth! Absolutely the BEST!!!I guess I just can’t stress enough how great of a place this is. Even the business clients from out of town has loved this place.Leaving this review… I’m going to have to go again tonight!

Legitimately don’t know how this restaurant will stay in business. You would think this restaurant would have a Michelin star based on the price of the food, but it’s just your typical burgers and wings. Just another overpriced mid restaurant in this town. But hey, the Gravy fries are really good tho!

Our first visit: cold food and watered-down drinks.I ordered Malibu Watermelon on the rocks. It's Rum out the bottle; how can it be watered down?The comical part is that in bold print, the menu says all items cooked to order, but our food was cold. How does that happen?Also, the "homemade" Mac & cheese looked very unappetizing. My husband said it looked like cheese soup; in my opinion, it looked like slop in a cup! There was no way I could eat something like that. When I mentioned my concern to the waitress, she said I had to stir it. Why would I have to stir my mac & cheese when it's just been served? I told her I didn't want it and asked if she would take it off (I get it it's only $4.69 for a cup but I wouldn't eat it if it was free). The manager said their (unwritten) policy is you have to pay for whatever you order; the only exception is if they bring the wrong order. In my opinion, I ordered something different from what I received (please look at the pic). Of course, It wasn't worth an argument, so we paid for it.Overall, it was not a good experience. It was a slow night at the restaurant; only a few other tables had guest, but maybe they had an off night. After speaking with a manager who didn't care much, I'm not interested in returning.

Great food and even better service!!??

Food was amazing. Orders the tater kegs and Mac and cheese bites. Then 20 wings. The rubs were amazing. Wings were hot and fresh. Will be coming back

Food was cold and I didn’t get my gravy. Fries were nasty and skimpy.

The service here is not good. Our waitress was constantly vaping and was not very attentive even though she only had one other table. Our appetizer took 30 minutes to get out to us and our food over an hour with nearly an empty restaurant. Tables that came in after me (and had a different waitress) was getting their food before me. I guess because their waitress was different.

Food (steak) tasted good. Except bread was rock hard. Beautiful setting. Our waitress did not listen. Asked for no cheese there was cheese. Asked for crackers never received them.

Worst service. When we sat down there was 1 other table in the entire restaurant. We watched as 11 tables, that were sat after us, got their food before us, and 5 actually paid and left. We waited an hour and a half, and never got our food. About an hour into our wait, I asked to speak to a manager. A girl that looked 19 walked over and told us our food would be right out. After waiting another 30 mins. and decided to leave. I asked her to cancel the order, and she still charged us full price (over $50) for the 4 sodas and 4 appetizers (one of which came out cold and they basically microwaved it and brought it back out). She never even said "I'm sorry".

Great food! Good service! Trinity was awesome!
