Assembly line build your own Burrito/Bowl/Tacos/Quesadilla/etc. Food is delicious, and they have a nice sauces/salsa bar for additional flavors! Portions are generally reasonable for the price, but can vary a bit with whoever makes your order. If you get the Bowl, you can ask for 3 free small tortillas, which is the best value in my opinion, or turn your bowl into something of a dip and eat it with the chips.

We arrived as a party of 3 for dinner around 5pm on August 1st. My ceviche was quite nice, and my stepdad's fajitas had the rice and tortillas omitted since he is a diabetic; they even gave him extra beans and guac in exchange. The real note here was my moms chicken entree. By default, the chicken was grilled over charcoal. The charcoal flavor was quite strong, and while I didnt oppose it, my mom found it unpalatable. Our server took the entree, swapped it for a pretty good taco, and comped our drinks to make everything square. We appreciated the transparency of the server, manager, and the cooperation of the kitchen staff to make our visit enjoyable.

Suppeeeerrr underrated. Way better than Chipotle since it is a Chipotle style restaurant where you can build your own meal. Food was super tasty, whoever was running the place was also super sweet. Just a great place overall
