Truly the best hole in the wall in Ruston. They always have me looking forward to lunch. I have only eaten there bowls and will continue do so because I will always have leftovers for dinner. Amazing restaurant and the best el Jarrito in Ruston!
Make your own burritos, bowls, tacos, or quesadillas. Took ours to go. Yummy food. Excellent queso blanco. Blah atmosphere. (Prefer the sit-down locations with a full menu = on hwy 33 or I-20.) Nothing fancy but good for a quick meal.

The food is super good. Caesar is very polite and great at what he does, always a pleasant visit. The girls working with him are nice too, very thorough. Didn't get their names though
