Shrimp too salty, ice cream had no flavor. Otherwise food okay, but not exceptional. Having to eat off Styrofoam plates with plastic utensils doesn't lend itself to a positive dining experience. Actually, I would rate 2.5 stars.
So, Saturday night was date night and we decided we wanted to go the new Frank and Janie's in Ruston. We love a good seafood buffet :)PROS: Price is MORE than reasonable for a seafood buffet.Fried fish was excellent as were the oysters and frog legs.Really good and flavorful tartar. sauce; you can tell it's homemade.Green beans were excellent.Boyfriend said they were fresh.Super nice and friendly staff.CONS: Fried Shrimp were incredibly salty.Boiled shrimp, which I expect...
If you haven’t found this little gem right between 2Dudes and Khalo, you’re missing something great. Sam has it going on. It’s so important to support local right now! Great crawfish from great people.
