If your e passing through Ruston during breakfast or lunch time, please make the drive into town instead of stopping at the fast food spots along the interstate. You will be so happy you did!

I've had some good burgers before, but I've never had one quite like this. I took my mom there this past Saturday, and we both swore to come back as soon as we could. You can't fake quality like that. Locally sourced, fresh, and absolutely incredible. The owner was super nice and definitely put me at a loss for words in the best way. He was quick to tell us that everything was locally sourced and fresh, and I got a little taken aback. He definitely backed it up, that's for sure. The pimento cheese burger is to die for, and I'm not sure what they put in there, but it's about as addictive as caffeine. They've definitely earned my respect and a new customer. You will not be disappointed.

It's outside seating so if you don't like being outside just grab it to go. The food is made fresh and staff members were great. I loved the burger and sweet potato fries and it's a big portion to fill you up.

Aight so I went to the Ruston Peach Festival and figured I’d try something new. Ordered the hamburger cos I love a good burger, and well, this burger is just perfect. I’ll be checking in frequently for sure.

This is the Gem of Ruston! I have never had food so fresh outside of my own kitchen. If you are trying to stay away from seed oils this establishment is the only one listed in 50+ miles. It is listed on Seed Oil Scout. Do not leave Ruston without giving them a try.
