Not only will you get the best quality food, you might also meet the man himself - Desi is one of those people who is passionate about what he does and where he lives, and everything he does is with the highest excellence and energy. His love for good food is evident in every plate that passes the truck's window, and he makes you feel like family every time.

The burgers are awesome! Perfectly cooked and every other element is near perfect as well. I don’t recommend the breakfast hash though. All of the veggies were still raw and it was lacking in flavor.

I got the goat cheese burger and sweet potato fries. I loved them and the elderly gentleman working the window was super friendly. I think my total was around $14’s for the two items without a drink.

While working in North Louisiana, I came across this gem in Ruston! I had the veggie burger, sweet potato fries, and chickpea salad. The food was delicious and the customer service superb! I’ll definitely be back! ?⭐️

Food's decent/greasy. Attitude of the middle aged gentleman checking people out /taking orders-- terrible. Not a pleasant encounter with that gentleman to say the least. I can forgive that negative energy for great food.
