Just for those to see, as far as I'm aware this location is at the least temporarily shut down. I heard that after a management switch at this location, all of the employees quit at once. Must've been an awful manager. As of writing, I don't think they're back up and running.

I’ve have tried to go to Jimmy John’s 5 times in the past 2 & 1/2 weeks and they have been closed every. single. time. I just tried to go a little while ago, and once again, they were closed. They are supposed to be open 7 days a week from 10:30-8pm, but apparently that’s just a lie at this point.

From the first day we opened across the street from this place, the owners and staff have been amazing! Our staff walks across the street, gets an amazing lunch in lightening speed! Thank you for the amazing sandwiches for our staff.

If I could give zero stars, I would. First the completely wrong sandwich. Had to drive back up there. Seconds attempt, sandwich prepared incorrectly. Sandwich maker rude, condescending and I can’t wait until he’s working in a grown up job. Customer service …awful. Should have gone to Subway!

I normally buy the Turkey Tom sandwich with all the fixings, and I have always added a pickle quartered. The pickle has always been very crispy--however, the last two times over the past two weeks, the skin of the pickle is like chewing leather. Looking at the skin and the "meat" of the pickle, it appears that they have been frozen or sit in the area of fridge that gets them too cold???

This is the last time I order from this Jimmy John’s. I used to love this place they always delivered on time and I never had to wait long to get my order. Today I received my order almost an hour after it was supposed to get to me and the sandwich wasn’t even made right, it was missing ingredients and was sloppily made. The bacon looked DISGUSTING (see picture) it has never looked like this, mind you I’ve ordered food from this place for the past 4 years. I’m extremely disappointed and wish I could get my money back.

As a former JJ assistant manager of a different store - I have recently moved to Ruston and was so excited about having a JJ not to far from where I work… I’ve had countless problems with the store and ordering for delivery as in I’ve waited over an hour for one sandwich or the simple it not being made correctly to one day on a Saturday night I ordered on the app for delivery never showed up I called no answer - drove all the way there to see they closed at 7 pm on a Saturday. However, today I came through the drive thru, the first time the told me they were out of bread it’ll be 10 min (no big deal - I’ve been in this situation) the second time through I placed my order and pulled up to the window to see that they don’t really follow the JJ rules? Unless they’ve changed but I’ve worked for a jimmy John’s for three years and I’ve never been able to wear anything other than my JJ shirt, jeans, and hat. These inshopers were in regular clothes, no hats no nothing. I just kinda feel disappointed in this JJ because it’s not the same as the ones I’ve been too. Super slow and doesn’t really seem to care about customers that much. I think I’ll have to wait to get my JJ fix for when I go to Shreveport because this restaurant is ridiculous.

They really put frozen tomatoes on my sandwich because they had to remake it. I'm super disappointed because I've never had a bad experience with them.

I love Jimmy Johns but I was disappointed when I looked at my sandwich to find out it don’t have capicola. Instead they doubled the salami. I didn’t like the fact that nobody told anything till I took a bite of my sandwich. Come on JJ. Please bring back the salami.

I thought the manager “kaleb” was going to fight a fellow patron. The customer behind me politely asked for his sandwich to be cut in half. He was told “it was against company policy” and treated extremely rudely. The manager then proceeded to escalate the situation by screaming in front of children “get out of my store”. After the gentleman left, he proceeded to say “I can’t stand these people” to which I can only assume he meant sandwich eaters. Disgusted by the situation the restaurant proceeded to stand up and leave in an orderly fashion. The temper tantrum displayed by “Kaleb” has led me to no longer frequent this establishment. Though I have enjoyed jimmy johns in the past, I will now take my business to subway, where I face no repercussions for simply asking to have a sandwich cut.

Inside the nicest JJ I’ve ever been in. Very clean & the 4 behind the counter were very courteous & busy helping Customers (not super busy) and kept work stations clean. Music was at a moderate level so my spouse & I could still talk & hear each other. Nice lunch experience. Need to park around back though because parking spots up front are kind of hard to back out of if cars coming in off of road.
