I have faced this issue at least 4-5 times particularly at this branch that If I go there and ask for the food that's on offer which I get via sms from KFC they will find a way and deny to serve that food saying like we don't have this or now we will be closing. For example I had this offer on my phone two chicken sandwiches for 6$, I went there around 4pm and when I asked them they told that they don't have chicken sandwiches which was very strange because it's just 4pm in the day. Also, the staffs are so unprofessional. They will keep you waiting for so long before taking order. I think they are running with less staffs than required. This is not the first time such incident happened. I think in last one year I have faced this issues 4-5 times comparing to my visit there it should be at least 50% of times I have faced this issue. I felt like I should make the other people know about it that's why putting it here. If you don't wanna serve the foods from offer then stop sending those offers in our phone.

I'm not a fan of chicken and this was lunch for someone else. Didn't hear any complaints about the chicken and I ended up with the side of mashed potatoes with gravy. It was pretty good. Service was fast and no waiting. Getting in and out was a bit tight, glad I was in a small car, their lot was small.

The food is usually good though sometimes it's definitely not but it's cheap so I can't really complain. But they ALWAYS have no chicken. I've attempted to go there TWICE in 2025 already and they have no chicken. It is beyond frustrating that I just stopped there before working long hours and that I placed an order on the kiosk unaware (they weren't even locked or anything). How can they not be locked if they don't have food? The best that I can say is I got a refund ultimately but even then it was a lot of trouble for it. Furthermore the whole debacle killed any time for something better.

i would give 0 stars if i could. they served my boyfriend raw chicken and he got horrible food poisoning. honestly, they need to be shut down considering the other reviews.

I ordered 2 16 pieces buckets for a work function and asked for ketchup and the dude was rude and said it was already in the bag and I had already looked in the bags and told him there weren't any then he gave me 2 packets. I would speak to a manager but the dude was the manager. I'm not going back.

Order Chicken on October the 13th the chicken was cold it was hard and it wasn't what I ordered and it was extremely greasy.. luckily I ordered through doordash which gave me my refund back

This has to be the worst KFC in the US. The worker took over 10 minutes to come to the counter. I guess I had passed him on the way in as he was just standing outside talking to his friends. There was only one other woman in the store, and she was in the back screaming stuff. Literally, no one is working here. Where is the staff. This place is a mess in every way.

I walked in and was standing at the counter for 10 minutes. The worker never acknowledged me. She continued with drive thru.. one car after another. After standing there 13 minutes without the employee saying anything to me, I walked out and went to Popeye's. KFC wake up. That's not acceptable.

Horrible service every time I come to this location. Rude employees. Order placed online, confirmed,listed as ready. After waiting in line behind a vehicle at the window for 15 minutes....I was asked to pull around to the parking lot until th y could fix my order. When I asked why the car in front of me wasn't asked to move...I was told that they had a different order and somehow that made a difference. Employees were very rude when questioned.

Guy at the window didnt seem to know anything just there for a check. Manger was completely RUDE!! Young lady that brought out my food was the only good thing about this place. Food taste like it was sitting out all day then re dropped it. Biscuits hard as a rock! Definitely won't be back.

Every time i walk in to this store it reeks, i almost slip and fall on the ground because the floor is so greasy…The employees are mean as hell…The only reason im making this review is because the employees treat the customers like trash, and are mean, there are no changes being made it’s sad honestly, the store would get more attention if it was clean and had good customer service…
