This is the worst Little Caesars I have ever encountered. I even tried them several times to see if the experience was just a one off but it's bad every time. Tonight I ordered delivery for the 1st time. The chicken is cold and old. They gave me an extra pizza I didn't even order. I didn't get the crazy puffs I actually ordered. When you go into the actual store, nobody is friendly. This place needs a change in management and a change of every employee

Absolutely the worst place to order food within a hundred miles of Ruston LA. The employees actually broke out in a fight while I was waiting. The lady working the counter called management and asked for assistance, and was told no. I ordered and the online portal displayed that my order was ready, I sat for over an hour waiting along with several other unhappy customers. The place is filthy and ran like it’s going out of business SOON!! I would have left but you are forced to pay online.

Walked In and everything was going good, like a regular day. Yet, when I went to order my food my conversation with the woman was immediately interrupted by two men in the back choosing to quarrel about remaking a pizza one of them messed up. Things quickly escalated into a confrontation about wanting to go outside to fight it out. Practically nose to nose at one point and yet the cashier was doing her best to try and deesculate the situation. Its just sad and absolutely discouraging for customers to want to come to eat something when there are constant problems. Ultimately I ended up leaving before anything happened and just said forget ordering.

The food is pretty decent, but it's clear that this location will just about hire anyone. The employees (excluding the manager) don't even bother the greet customers, smile, or make eye contact. I honestly don't like to visit establishments that have employees who make it clear that they despise their jobs. I'm know it's unlikely, but I do hope that things will improve at this location soon.

At 8:30pm (1 and 1/2 before closing) the workers said they were no longer selling anything. All because they were about to “do the floors.”
An excuse to stop working early? Maybe.

worst little caesar’s i have ever been to the customer service is nonexistent and every online order i place is half an hour late so i am sitting in a full lobby of customers with workers in the back on their phones that will not come out to give us our food

I’ve ordered here several times before and the food hasn’t been too terrible. But i have never ordered their crazy bread before and I was right in the first place not to!!! They are burnt, hard, full of air pockets and the hardest thing to eat! The picture speaks for itself. No thanks!!!

Ordered 2 pizzas, a total of 18$ that were BURNT.. Noticed it when I arrived back home, I didn't feel like immediately getting back outside 😒 it had been such a long day for us, we were extremely tired.. So we ate something different at home.. Afterwards, I went back up to little caesars explained to the 2 girls (Jakera J. & I didn't catch the other little girls name); With very rude attitudes they said they couldn't remake them, nor refund me. I explained that if they were good, we would have ate them, instead of trying to return them.
I ended up walking away spending 18$.
No pizza. No refund.
I contacted HEADQUARTERS and filed a report.
I'm currently Expecting a follow up with the General Manager of-HEADQUARTERS.
As a past Store Manager for little caesars myself (based in houston).
I would have NEVER treated, and NEVER have I ever treated, any of my customers like the way they did me.
It's a shame on how uneducated children are these days. Hopefully they can be properly Educated, on how to do customer service properly.

I’ve tried 3 times to call in an order about 2100 (9pm). No one answered the phone to take my order. I tried tonight 10/12/24, no one answered and when I finally got there about 2140, the young ladies that were on duty in formed me there were not taking any more orders for the night. I asked for the general managers number and they told me to call in the morning. I ended up going to Jonny’s Pizza on Kentucky and the staff was super nice. DONT GO TO LIL CEASERS UNLESS YOU DONT HAVE ANOTHER OPTION!!!!!!!
