This is by far the worst macalister I've ever been to... they never have spuds yet there on the menu, never have carrotcake yet it's on the menu, run out of sweet tea Constantly and know thats what half the town drinks.... it's just ridiculous and Monroe is double rustons size yet they always seem to have their crap together. I understand when u first open u got kinks to workout but we are well passed being first open. So it's been time for them to get their mess together. I'll just eat at Monroe's store as they know how to bake potatoes and make tea.

The food was awful. I ordered 1/2 of a reuben sandwich and 1/2 of a spud with bacon and cheese. I was not able to eat the bread because it was hard and stale. The potato wasn't the least bit warm. I would not recommend this location to anyone. It certainly wasn't worth the money

By far the worst experience of any McAllister's I have ever eaten at. Service was slow, disorganized and inefficient. At one point, the only preparer of the food came out of the back and, not quite screaming, told everyone that she was locking the door and anyone who didn't want to wait could leave or if you did want to stay, it was going to take a long time. Food orders were wrong. They couldn't seem to read the receipt. We had to keep telling them what we ordered. Never again. Avoid, avoid.

They've been short staffed for seemingly forever and the service is always lacking. Not sure if it's a management issue or lack of support from further up but they are seriously in need to some changes.

Dear god almighty, never in my entire life have I seen such a group of mentally challenged people in one area. (Keep in my mind, I’ve seen the special Olympics on tv) it took 40 minutes for my club sandwich, i guarantee it would’ve taken more time had i not gone up and asked. The staff is rude and completely incompetent. Not only has this place failed all McAlisters, but I have completely lost faith in people. What a shame…

Floors were filthy inside- outside by tables were heavily littered.
Girl taking our order basically whispered so low that I had to lean across counter and ask her to talk louder which she didn't. Midway through her keying our order in she just left the register and walked to the back. She didnt say excuse me, I'll be right back- nothing. Came back and finished but put order in wrong.
The time before when we were in there we were greeted by 'new management' who said things would be different. I guess new manager went away.
Only 6 customers there total yet the 3-4 employees could not keep dining room clean.

Food took 45 minutes to get food and we were not served at the same time as was the case with other people at different tables. This is a favorite of ours and could not tell you how we even got our meal. Hopefully better next time.

Other reviews are accurate! Waited 30 minutes only to get something I didn't order. Soup was good but carrot cake was stale. They forgot to toast the sandwich and staff were very apathetic. Where is their management as their staff are clearly not trained! Only bright spot was that my order was so slow and wrong that I received a refund. It is a shame that this restaurant is bringing down the reputation of a great franchise!

Every time I try to pull through and order a tea they take forever getting one tea or like just now, I couldn't even get anyone to come to the window so I can order a tea. A few months back I pulled to the window to order a tea and they told me that they couldn't take my order for one tea at the window. This place is a joke!!!

Half the time I order from here, they give me the wrong order. The food is decent, but their order system needs to be revamped if it's a common occurrence that customers get the wrong orders. I see many people complain about this as well.

Stop in at 6:05pm during shift change. Delay in service. Music was loud! While I waited looked over menu which is conveniently placed as you walk in so you can get your own to start reading. I like it! Initially I was not impressed after eating at many Jason’s Deli. Staff seems a little under- trained…pretty common sense Covid. Don’t get water if you won’t ask for it.

Grilled chicken salad double meat with spinach, arriving 6:28. Great salad plenty for one person. Business was slow so the Chef had time to inquired about this.
