Clean and impressive restaurant. We live out of state and this is by far the cleanest McAlister's we've seen. Food was correct and came out quickly. Staff was courteous and attentive.
Order corrected twice. I got there just as they opened. Had to clean my seat off to sit. Floor and seating filthy.
Oddly ladies bathroom was cleaner than the dining area. Front server was nice and respectful. Needs work !

One word, Pathetic
Arrived at 12:10 lunchtime
Eight people in line with at least a dozen sitting around holding tickets waiting on pickup orders.
Another half dozen or so sitting at tables with numbers on them.
Only one single employee taking orders, filling drinks and delivering to tables when the occasional order did come out.
35 minutes AFTER placing order there were still three tables ahead of me still waiting on there orders.
